Welcome to High Class of Care, Inc. My name is Clanesha Sullivan, and as the Founder, CEO, and President, I want to personally thank you for considering our community for your family.
My journey into founding this organization began with a deep, personal commitment to elevating how we care for our seniors. Over the course of my career, I have worked directly inside some of San Antonio's premier senior living networks — right here in Converse. Serving families as a Medication Technician and Care Lead, I managed daily clinical care, designed facility medication safety protocols, and worked hand-in-hand with multidisciplinary medical teams.
Through that extensive, hands-on experience, I learned exactly what it takes to run a safe, compliant, and highly efficient healthcare environment. But more importantly, I saw a profound need for a higher standard of care — one that bridges the gap between upscale, boutique hospitality and complex, high-acuity medical support (Type A and Type B care).
I founded High Class of Care, Inc. to bring that vision to life. By intentionally limiting our facility's capacity and implementing a continuous, 24/7 workforce model with balanced 12-hour shifts, we ensure that your loved one is never just a room number. They are a cherished member of our family, surrounded by a dedicated team that knows their story, honors their independence, and protects their dignity.
